Trinity Art Gallery & The Grocer: Online

History shows us that there were lots of famous artists showcasing their works in restaurants, like Jackson Pollock’s Blue Poles and Picasso’s Le Tricorne displayed at the Four Seasons restaurant in the Seagram Building in New York. Pairing art with restaurants remains very popular to this day and we are seeing many restaurants blending visual and culinary arts like Damien Hirst Cock ‘n’ Bull on display at Tramshed in Shoreditch.

A few months ago, Trinity Art Gallery and The Grocer decided to bring visual art into the modern restaurant at London City Island. Unfortunately, due to spread of the COVID-19 this is not happening yet, but in the meantime we selected 13 paintings to be featured on our website for you to explore.
