This piece is themed on the innocense of youth. The title suggests the wonder of the world and all of its possibilities through the eyes of a child.
The model for this piece is Cat's young son. After originally sculpting the piece in clay Cat casts a wax version. Then a final mold is made where molten bronze is poured. Melting the wax away to create a bronze interpretation, then it is baked with a patina. We are left with this wonderful sculpture, and a unique edition.
